Frank Bowling came to Eastmont as the Senior Pastor in December of 2020. He has more than 20 years of ministerial experience including 14 years as senior pastor at a sister church in Tennessee.
Frank received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and has completed his Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry with a concentration in Evangelism and Missions from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Frank and his wife, Gina, have three children, Emma, Eliza, and Joseph.
Gene was born and raised in Georgia. He holds a Bachelors from William and Mary in Religion and Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School. He entered the ministry in 2007. Before coming to Eastmont in 2013, Gene previously served at First Baptist Chalkville in Birmingham, Al. Gene and his wife Melissa married in 2007 and have 3 children. Gene’s passion is to see college students embrace the calling God’s placed upon their lives in proclaiming the Gospel to the ends of the earth. Outside of his time at church, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and all things Georgia.
Cleve was raised in Prattville, Alabama. He holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from Troy University and a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He entered the ministry in 2004 while attending college in Troy. Before joining Eastmont in 2016, he served as a student pastor and music minister in Chilton County. Cleve and his wife, Jenny, were married in 2009. They have two sons, Jackson (2012) and Davis (2015). Cleve has a passion for teaching the Word of God with relevancy in order to encourage individuals to know Christ and find their place in Christ’s church. Cleve is a fan of Alabama football and Braves baseball. He also loves to play golf when he can!
Ty is currently a student at Southwestern BaptistTheological Seminary studying Christian Ministry and is on track to graduate in the spring of 2022. As a freshman in college, he felt the Lord call him to children’s ministry. Ty has a heart for sharing the gospel with children and helping them form a biblical worldview.

Billy was raised in Montgomery, Alabama and is a graduate of Troy State University. He entered the ministry in 2007 after retiring from Steris Corp. where was a machinist for 26+ years. Billy and his wife, Debbie, have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. Billy desires that regardless of the season of life any adult is in, for them to find the plan and a purpose that God has for them to help their community to see and feel the love that Christ has for us. Outside of his work at the church, you’ll find Billy fishing or working on old cars.
