SUMMARY:Backyard Blast
DESCRIPTION:A neighborhood-based Vacation Bible School experience bringing the gospel directly into our communities. \nJune 1-4\, 2026 \n					\n									Register for Backyard Blast\n					 \nWhat is Backyard Blast?\n		Backyard Blast is an off-campus alternative to the traditional VBS Eastmont has hosted in the past. While renovations are underway on our church campus\, we’re taking the same mission into our neighborhoods.Backyard Blast will be hosted in the yards and neighborhoods of Eastmont families and will include the same elements families love about VBS:• Bible study• Crafts• Recreation• Snacks Our goal is the same as always: to share the gospel and build meaningful relationships with children and families in our community.		 \nWhy Backyard Blast?\nBecause the church isn’t just a building — it’s the people of God. \nThis summer\, instead of asking families to come to church\, we’re bringing church to them. Backyard Blast takes the message of Jesus into backyards\, driveways\, and neighborhoods across our community. \nBackyard Blast is a chance to: \n\nMeet people where they are\nBuild real connections with neighbors and church families\nMake Jesus known in simple\, powerful ways\n\n  \nSeven locations. One and a half hours each night. Four days. A huge opportunity for gospel impact. \n																														 \nHow the Week Works:\n		How the Week Works: Night 1–3: Backyard Blast takes place in neighborhood locations throughout the community. Night 4: All Backyard Blast participants and families are invited to a special celebration at our Bowling Green property. This final night will include food\, inflatables\, games\, and a time to celebrate all God has done throughout the week.		 \nWant to Volunteer?\n		Backyard Blast will only be possible because of volunteers who are willing to serve.You don’t need special skills.
