Created for Good Works

What are your gifts? What are your talents and skills? About what are you passionate? Remember, God has uniquely created you and prepared good works for you to do. I urge you, therefore, to serve Him and His church by doing what He has prepared in advance for you to do.

With the summer quickly vanishing in the rear-view, we are busily cranking up for a new season of music ministry at Eastmont. Below are just a few of the things on the horizon.

The official announcement is slated for August 1 and tickets will go on sale August 6. Attend the worship service on August 3 for more information!

Musical Mosaic of Christmas

On Sunday, December 7 at 5:00 pm, the music ministry of the church – from children to senior adults – will lead us in a night of music celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Every vocal and instrumental ensemble will contribute to the musical mosaic that evening. The evening will conclude as every ensemble comes together to present HEAVEN’S GREATEST GIFT. Mark your calendars now!

Night of Worship: Celebrating the Hymnody of the Church

Over the summer, there was a block in the Encourager asking for you to submit your five favorite hymns. We have tallied your submissions and are now working on programming for a Night of Worship: Celebrating the Hymnody of the Church. Be on the lookout for more information as we prayerfully prepare a program of singing the songs of the faith. The event will most likely be in the spring.
