Since our last update, the Pastor Search Committee has continued to meet multiple times a week and work through the search process for our next senior pastor.
Over the past few weeks, we had our initial video interviews with a group of men. We had good discussions with each candidate and after those interviews, we met to narrow down the group.
We then began the second round of video interviews. As of Sunday night, we completed the second round of interviews with all the candidates.
This Thursday night, we will again narrow the list of candidates. Please pray and fast with us as we seek the Lord to provide clarity on the next man to lead Eastmont.
